Marc A. Kopelman, CPA
President

Marc Kopelman is a real estate professional with more than twenty years of experience in real estate investment, development, management and financing. Kopelman began his career in 1985 as an accountant and real estate industry consultant with Kenneth Leventhal & Company (KLCo) and rose to senior management positions with KLCo and the EY Kenneth Leventhal Group (Ernst & Young LLP via merger).

In 1997, seeking a more entrepreneurial opportunity, Kopelman joined Brenner Real Estate Group as Executive Vice President. There he co-founded Zenith Realty Investments, a private commercial real estate investment fund that acquired small to mid-sized properties throughout South Florida with a particular focus on value-add, redevelopment and adaptive re-use strategies. Zenith grew to over fourteen properties totaling almost one million square feet within three years.

Upon the planned divestiture of Zenith Realty Investments in 2004, Kopelman joined Stiles Corporation where he co-founded Stiles Capital Partners (SCP), a private, real estate portfolio co-investment fund that partnered with institutional commercial real estate investors to acquire product throughout Florida. Kopelman was largely responsible for growing SCP to fifteen properties totaling in excess of 3.5 million square feet and valued at approximately $750 million. He was instrumental in creating an institutional-quality acquisition and asset management team to oversee the portfolio and execute on annual business strategies and business plans.

Kopelman is a certified public accountant in the State of Florida. He is an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University’s Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship where he teaches Real Estate Finance and Investment at the graduate level. He has also published “Private Financing: Capital Sources and Underwriting Criteria” in the American Bar Association’s 2008 Book on Redevelopment.

Additionally, Kopelman has been active in the Urban Land Institute for over 15 years and presently serves on local and national councils and Technical Assistance Panels. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at the University of Florida. Kopelman is a native of Miami and currently resides in Fort Lauderdale with his wife and daughter.


Randall Bast
CEO

Randall Bast is an entrepreneur and investor with over 20 years of experience providing leadership and advisory services to both emerging growth and Fortune 500 companies. Bast began his career as a business and technology consulting professional and held senior management positions with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Cambridge Technology Partners. In 1996, Bast set out on his own as the founder and CEO of Innovex Group, an e-Business Consulting organization focused on large and mid-sized companies across a diverse set of industries. In 2000, Bast joined Citrix Systems (NASD: CTXS) as Vice President of Worldwide Consulting Services, as part of the acquisition of Innovex Group. At Citrix, Bast was responsible for developing a global, professional services organization and launched offices around the world. Currently, Mr. Bast is Managing Partner of 20/20 Capital Partners, a boutique firm focused on investments in and advisory services to early stage and emerging growth companies; he participates on numerous business advisory boards, as well.

Mr. Bast has been honored for several prestigious awards. He was recognized as a 3-time, Florida finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award; winner of the South Florida Business Journal's Small Business of the Year Award; finalist for the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Cutting Edge Awards; Nominated for Microsoft's Best E-Commerce Solution and Best Small Business Solution Award; and ranked 4th on the 1999 Florida 100 - a list of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the state. Bast was named University of Florida's MBA Program Alumnus of the Year in 2000.

Mr. Bast is an active member and participates on the Board of Directors for Anpesil LLC, Fairway Investors LLC, and Hillsboro Park Professional Center LLC, among others, and serves as a technology advisor for CLB Partners, a private investment group. Bast is an active supporter of the University School at Nova Southeastern University (NSU), and coached both Middle School Girls Basketball and JV Girls Softball. He is also an active member of Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) and a member of the Young Entreprenuer's Council for the Wayne Huizenga School of Business at Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, Mr. Bast has served as a judge for several local business awards. Mr. Bast graduated with High Honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration degree. He currently resides in Plantation with his wife and two children.


Sherri L. Mansell, C.P.A.
CFO

Sherri Mansell is a CPA and business professional with over 20 years of general business, accounting and financial experience. Mansell began her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young, serving a broad range of clientele ranging from large SEC corporations to smaller entrepreneurial organizations. She has experience across a wide variety of industries, including technology services, banking, health care, entertainment, telecommunications, wholesale distribution and property management. Prior to joining 20/20 Capital Partners, Mansell was the Managing Director of Latin America and Caribbean Sales Operations for Citrix Systems (NASD: CTXS), a global leader in on-demand, information access. Her previous role with Citrix was as Director of Worldwide Service Operations. Prior to joining Citrix, she was co-founder and CFO of Innovex Group, an e-Business Consulting organization, and previously was the CFO of Rally Accessories, an automotive accessories manufacturer.

Ms. Mansell is a Florida native, and graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. As a mother of four, she balances a busy schedule and enjoys spending time with family in the mountains of North Carolina.


Barry A. Ladis, CIC, CPA
Executive Vice President


Barry Ladis is a business professional with a diverse business background and over 25 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Finance. In 1985, he launched his career with Saatchi and Saatchi Advertising in New York City working with large, multinational companies such as Nike, Sony and Warner Lambert. In 1991, Ladis returned to his hometown of Miami as Director of Marketing at Spear Safer & Harmon, a large independent CPA firm.

In 1993, Ladis joined Seitlin Insurance Agency, the largest and oldest independent insurance broker in Florida. Combining his expertise as a CPA with an extensive background in Marketing and Sales, Ladis rose from Sales manger to President of the Property & Casualty division and Seitlin Partner. During his tenure with Seitlin, Ladis was instrumental in helping triple the company’s Gross Premium Revenue to over $220 million.

Ladis graduated from University of Florida in 1984 with a Degree in Finance. He graduated from University of South Florida in 1986 with a Degree in Accounting. Ladis is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and also maintains the Certified Insurance Counselor and Associate in Risk Management designations.

Ladis has been active member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) for the past 10 years. He is also very active in Jewish affairs at both the local and national levels. Locally, Barry is active in the Greater Miami Jewish Federation where he has served on the Leadership Cabinet, Commerce and Professions, and South Dade Committees; nationally, he has served on various committees for AIPAC and UJA’s Men’s Cabinet.

Ladis is a Florida native and presently residents in Pinecrest with his wife, Karen Josefsberg, and their four children.
